Fundamentals

Fundamentals is a sixty minute session designed to teach or re-teach the essential movements used in CrossFit. Each class focuses on clear instruction, hands-on practice, and building safe, confident movement patterns. We finish with a workout so you can apply what you’ve learned and start your CrossFit journey on the right foot.

Burgener Olympic Lifting

Burgener Olympic Lifting is a sixty minute class focused on either the Clean & Jerk or the Snatch, with each session dedicated to learning, improving, and strengthening these movements while developing better technique.

Strength Gains

Strength Gains is a seventy five minute class focused on accessory training of four supersets that mix lower body, upper body, and midline work. Each session is designed to build balanced strength, improve stability, and support everything we do in CrossFit as well as the demands of everyday life

OILER FIT

OilerFit is a sixty minute class created to provide a class for college students wanting to stay fit and stay healthy, but is open to all Tight Five members as well.

Pliability

Pliability is a class that focuses on soft tissue work, stretching, and flexibility techniques to help improve your range of motion.

FREE COMMUNITY WORKOUT​​

This free class is for anyone interested in trying out CrossFit for the first time. All experience levels are welcome (even if you have are brand new to exercising).
